To be or not to be? Active in social media that is. In the middle of the 1990´s when the internet boom was getting under way a question arose. "We have to be on the internet!!!"- says boss. "Why?" -says employee. It is a valid question. However the rolls are now reversed. It seems that companies prefer to wait and see today because there does not seem to be a direct profit in it. The danger with that is that zero engagement now can result in a drop in profits later. The work necessary work needed to to keep your self up to date is immense. And once your up to date how do I get the rest of the company on board?
So the question is:
Wait and see or dive in?
