To be or not to be? Active in social media that is. In the middle of the 1990´s when the internet boom was getting under way a question arose. "We have to be on the internet!!!"- says boss. "Why?" -says employee. It is a valid question. However the rolls are now reversed. It seems that companies prefer to wait and see today because there does not seem to be a direct profit in it. The danger with that is that zero engagement now can result in a drop in profits later. The work necessary work needed to to keep your self up to date is immense. And once your up to date how do I get the rest of the company on board?
So the question is:
Wait and see or dive in?

New and Improved?
Hello and welcome to the new but yet the same blog by me, Josef Vega (big up Bender).
So whats new? Well after a long, hot and wonderful summer witch was my first time off in 10 years I have had some time to think. In the futurama, sorry future, I intend to work with games, game mechanics in the workplace and social medias.
So to get this rather large ball rolling I have re-vamped my blog, gone English and will have more frequent and shorter posts. At the end of each I will pose a question to see if can get some sense of how interesting the topics of choice are.
So question d´jour is:
Is the blog better now or worse?
